Thanks for all the input about the LJ73 for sale.
I went to see it. I should have been tipped off that the dealer was in the cheap sleezy dealer area. Where all the vehicles are in "mint"... I mean "Showroom Condition".
I drove out of my way to this place anticipating a nice clean truck. Like I said I can handle near mint or surface rust. It all boils down to money.
The cruiser was rusting from the rocker seams and there was a bad bondo job in front of both rear wheels
. It had been painted, poorly, recently and there was over spray on everything (door jambs, inner wheel liner, and trim).
This truck was no where near show room condition. I didn't bother to drive it after I saw coil springs.
