So let me get this straight. You want to put your battery under the drivers seat right next to the fuel pump, fuel filter, all that fuel line, and close to the tank. Dude I am so putting in your application for the Darwin awards now!

what lexus seats you putting in? I got some that I want to use, but was scared of the height issue. They are awesome -- from a car, forgot which one. full power, heated.....hmmmm

OEM fuel filter was located on a bracket off the battery tray supports, right by the mechanical fuel pump and fuel lines/hoses.

seat pics

Dont know what model they came out of,however the pass seat is about 2 inches higher than drivers seat. The fuel punp and lines are for emergencies when the 6.2 runs out or a filter change it is DIESEL and i have plenty of room that way, plus a cover for it and i have read most of Darwins stuff. Will post pics of seats installed tomorrow.

Yes but all that was in the engine compartment on the other side of the firewall not in the passenger compartment under the drivers seat.
