The truck is still available.
The deal as you have likely already guessed is that I am a horrible photographer. I think I turned the key to "on" to photo the mileage on the odometer as it does not show up when the key is not "on". I guess the other lights were on due to the key being "on".
No warning lights are illuminated when the vehicle is running. I can take a photo with the vehicle running to confirm this if that would be helpful.
