I don't want to crank the torsion bars since I was told it ruins ride quality. Is there a good way to level the front end and still get a decent ride? I have a 2002 LC without ahc

First off: Welcome to 'mud!
Before you buy any parts and/or pay someone to install any parts, you should experiment with cranking the TBs a bit. From my experience, cranking the TBs a little - like .75-1" doesn't negatively impact the ride - at all. And, it's free. Well, if you have a 30mm socket and 15 min. Also, you don't want to actually level the front end. These trucks like a little bit of rake.

Who told you it ruins the ride quality and what is their experience with these vehicles?
If you make the adjustments wildly without taking rake, droop, or proper measurements into account, sure it will give you ride quality issues. But if you read up on TB adjustments on this forum, you will learn how to take all of those factors into account and make proper adjustments.
Welcome to the hive mind!
