Man the rig looks amazing, what's left on your to do list? It looks like a complete build to me, awesome work.

Yeah I guess it is true a rig is never truly complete. I'll be interested in what RTT you go with down the road. Also very impressive how you were able to knock out roof rack, tires, wheels, lift, sliders, and incognito so quick, well done. I hope to start with a roof rack or lift this spring.

Roof racks are one of the most practical additions you can make. I used mine to bring home a pantry cabinet from Home Depot a while back. Worked great. Been really happy with my Front Runner.

I agree with you. Roof racks are indeed one of the most practical additions you can put on your ride.

Ouch! Time for that SSO plate bumper! While I was at Windrock, I was letting a friend drive, and had part of a rocker panel get altered. So, I feel your pain.

Time to get a new one

Sorry about this unlucky event...this is the first departure angle incident I've heard of on the gx...if you were on the fence about a rear bumper, this might have made a decision for you. Good thing you were with company that knows a thing or two about bumpers.

Yeah, not the best moment of the day. Sucked because it stressed me out the rest of the trip. Glad I had some confident guys rolling with me to help out and assess the more technical situations. Got out of there without any other damage. I'm planning to get the rear bumper but this drove home the reason why. Obviously...lol. The GXPLOR70 did great and it was fun finally getting to go ride with @THeGeNTLeMaN.

Hard to see in the video but the front starts to come up as the rear is still on the descent so it pushes it down further. That caused the rock encounter.

I've recently had a few run-ins with that soft, moist substance that inspired the name of this forum. Ih8mud indeed. Superwinch Tiger Shark 9500 saved my ass both times.

These first 2 pictures are from my hunting camp. It's a section of a road leading to a food plot we rerouted for reasons seen in this photo. I decided to back out which got me stuck. Winched forward and had no issues.

This was at a WMA in south Alabama. I'll admit I made a bad decision attempting to go through this. Thought it was more solid than it was. This took a while to recover and even longer to clean up. If they had put a "Stop. No Motorized Vehicles" sign on BOTH ends of the trail, I would have avoided this.

@freddydt Any updates on this build? I'm curious if you still like having the hidden winch mount vs a full steel bumper?
