LEDs doing the flicker??

I do not know much about LED behaviors.
I have a set of round LED aftermarket (kind of cheap $20) as a daytime driving lights. I noticed that three out of the eight in one light are flicking kind of in sequence, 1,2,3, 1,2,3. Does this represent its time to toss them or is there some kind of check. The other light is fine, just the one is doing this.

It's probably a problem with the LEDs on that one side if the other side isn't doing it. Can you post a pic of the light?

Sorry was out hunting. Tried to upload a video but I am not that smart. It's most likely they are cheap and need to go by-by.
