Having trouble finding the right fittings on the carburetor to connect to a flexible gas line. Project didn't come with a solid gas line. The threads on the banjo fitting don't fit with standard fittings. Also the seal between the banjo fitting and the carb leak, can't find the right copper washers to seal it. Any suggestions?

The washers are easy, pretty good washers come in carb rebuild kits. I imagine a good hardware store will have something similar.
The threads are harder. All the threads around the carb are harder. They might be metric, they might be British. I have heard that they're the same thread as on the air rail injectors, not that that's going to help. You might have to take that banjo to a good hose shop (like a Parker store) and discuss options.

Old real copper pennies. Flat file both sides, drill holes the size you need. Heat to red hot with propane torch to anneal. Need bigger - split some copper pipe or fittings with hacksaw length wise - pound out flat.
