@LandCruiserPhil - did you powdercoat your personal wing the light blue & add map, or what is under your map?

I’m wondering if the powdercoated wings hold adhesive - or like some PC’s they don’t hold decals of any type.

Thinking on one, and just deciding if I should bother to get non-PC if it’s that “slick’ powdercoat you guy uses.

Have you ever done a set of these with glass instead of metal?

Our windows are aluminum I would never consider steel.

No for several reasons
• Cant cut rectangular holes in glass
• Double the cost
• Complete reengineering
• Dont see any benefit

If you are set on Glass check out WagonGear
Although I have never personally seen them the glass Gullwings from AUS are said to suck.

No Im still running the hand-cut prototypes from 5 years back. 🥴

All of our sold window are PC and several owners have stickers in place.

And I still haven't installed mine yet. :( It is however, safe and sound under the master bed!

Now I just have to put my LCPGW in. It has only been a year...

The above panel and an @LandCruiserPhil gullwing end up being pretty close to yodateq prices, but IMO I like the idea of having the accessory panel separate from the hatch.

To be clear-
●LCP Gullwing $900 to your door and in stock
●Yodateq $1450 + tax+shipping and not in stock

I hope my above post wasn't vague. I was simply trying to compare an approximate apples to apples in that the Yodateq comes with the extra panels.
So, if one were dead set on the "extra" storage option you could get the @LandCruiserPhil Gullwings for 900 and then add the above Rago panels for another 285.
You would still be well under the yodateq price. (I double checked, and the Rago panels are sold as a pair, and are currently on sale).
After a number of emails with @LandCruiserPhil I would personally go with his Gullwings if I decide to do this as I like the install process better for his.
And, as he mentioned, his are in stock.

Hi Phil

I am writing your from Spain. I own a Landcruiser Hzj 105 and I am interested in fitting the Gullwing rear pop up windows in both sides .

Do you have a complete kit for the 100 series?

Can it be fitted with gas struts and locks?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Best regards, Rafael.
