Whoah, I can't imagine a nice set of seats going to the dumpster! Seems like someone could use them. I thought people sold those for for like $200-$300.

Don't dump them, take them to a junk yard and get a little cash for them! Right now, I noticed, no one is buying anything. Especially off of craigslist. I bet it has to do with the gas prices.
WOW, I guess they are a hard sell. I plan on building a half box so I am keeping mine, so I can use the DS one when I take my nephews on trips.

Took me a couple weeks to sell mine, but that was 2 years ago. I agree with gas prices.. people don't have extra cash to blow right now.
take the hardware from the bottoms and attach it to a set of action packers, that way they are anchored down on your trips.
or use them for bar stools in the man cave.

I just hacked the stopper on the second row for them to recline. They don't have the multiple kick back settings but you can either be straight up or laying back and I was cool with that since it took only a few minutes compared to the hr or so the other mod would take.
Rather than stools just weld up a base and make a couch out of them. And if you reverse the seats you can have the arm rests on the outside making a LUV seat for you and the
