Has anyone had issues with Landcruiser heaven? I ordered some leather seat coverings and haven’t had any luck in receiving them. Calls not being returned. Crickets chirping.

I hate to call the credit card company but I don’t want to be out money either. Especially in these unprecedented times.

I don't like hearing this, as I've been considering consulting with them as they are relatively close to me. Have your issues been resolved?

Should have researched! Call the credit card company!

Have you tried giving him a call at the number he posted here? Covid has made long delays across the board and his seat covers took a while before the pandemic. I bough seat covers from him back when he first started and it took several months but they did come and they have been nice.

So what got me on this buyers beware forum was the lack of communication, this is a valid point, and as a business owner I rely on my customers to succeed and I should have been more proactive with that and thanks to all of this criticism I have made tremendous improvements. Though I still need to work on it. For those reading this, if you need my immediate attention, dont text me, PM me, message me via Facebook/Instagram, or email me. That mobile device you have in your hand also makes calls, open the phone app and call me. 240-347-3827. I will answer.

Did you ever received your leather kit?

I ordered covers from them back in February or March of 2021. Took a while to hear back anything (3 or 4 weeks). I finally emailed them and called and then received them a couples weeks later. I think they were backed up and possibly traveling out of the country at the time. I did have the seat covers professionally installed once received and they turned out great. The covers are very good quality.

Wow. Another one.

I just got my 97LX450 back after being at Landcruiser Heaven Hagerstown, MD for a year and when I switch the main light from low beans to high beans the ARB Solis lights flicker once.

My state requires a state inspection and since these lights can’t be run legally on the road I basically can’t drive the car at night until this is resolved. It also won’t pass inspection which means driving with either an expired sticker or rejection sticker neither of which are realistic options.

I have a message into Landcruiser Heaven owner Frank Diaz awaiting response however hopeful someone here has suggestion. Thank you.

Find a better inspection station. If you told him to put the lights on and they are illegal won’t pass that’s kind of on you. If they put them in and they won’t pass I would tell him to fix it but if you waited a year I wouldn’t waste my time taking it back there.
Other thing is right now in va because of “covid” there is a 3 month grace period on tags and inspections so you got that going for you if you are close.

Thanks for the reply. The lights are not illegal. The way they were set up by Landcruiser Heaven is the issue. Have a message into the owner Frank Diaz on Friday Oct 8 no reply yet.

I also had issues regarding NY State inspection on a frame that was refurbished by LCH. It cost me a bunch of effort and time and Frank was not sympathetic.
You cant know all the state inspection requirements. I get that. However, there are common sense mechanical concepts that anyone building a safe road worthy machine should adhere to. Most state inspection requirements are for safety and hardly inconsequential.
You cant have off road lights flickering on when using your road lights!
Quality control and safety! Test what you build! If you cant do a good job don't do it! WTF? Over.

97LX450Black, I would find a good mechanic, accessory installer/stereo installation shop and ask them to look into it and rewire as needed. I would also ask them to look around at any of the other wiring installed and make recommendations. If you take it back to Hagerstown you will only get more of what the rest of us are seeing. And its not getting better apparently.

Thank you for the reply and suggestions. I put a message into Frank last week however no response. Calling customers back several weeks later or never is a completely unacceptable business practice however reading a lot of ghost on this thread.

Wish I had known prior. Too many issues to list here let’s just summarize it as lack of attention to detail, poor quality control, extremely poor communication (except when payment is involved - otherwise very elusive).

Buy a truckload of patience and blood pressure medication if dealing with LCH.

What's interesting is if you follow their instagram they are are posting stuff all the time. At one point earlier this year I believe they went to Dubai to go collect a bunch of parts.

Car was at LandCruiser Heaven Hagerstown, MD for a year for a resurrection. Got it back a couple weeks ago.

Check engine light just came on. One of a dozen issues. You have been warned.

I got the runaround for a full year! Finally got my car back- it has many, many issues too many to list here. Latest today- check engine light came on! At this point I don’t trust that any of the work was done with detail or precision. Check out the many posts here wish I had seen them prior. Beware.

More issues with Landcruiser Heaven Hagerstown, MD Frank Diaz owner discovered today.

Rear right flange over wheel was flapping in wind on interstate why?

They didn’t replace the bolt that holds it in place see attached pic. Keep in mind this place had my car for a full year. Zero attention to detail. Again, I am going behind them fixing things that they ‘fixed’

I was honestly excited about this process a year ago. Has been nothing but a hassle. Btw- still no call back from owner Frank Diaz.
