Last I looked they still advertise in TT:hhmm:

Hi All:

My understanding is that Ross gave it up and closed down "LCAH" a few years ago.

I have been using his low-profile u-bolt plates on my FJ40 for several years; too bad these aren't still available!

Regards,

Alan

If these are the early design that push the front spring eye forward they are considered by most to be, well, junk. I remember seeing the business advertised in Toyota Trails some time ago for sale for many months.

Ross did sell out, don't remember who he said he sold the rights to for his stuff. Last I knew he had his own dump truck. I don't know him very well, just installed new kitchen cabinets in his house about 4 years back.

Can you explain a bit more about this product. They don't look very different, at all, from MAF set up.

They will work if you swap sides and run them backwards. Flip your springs, short side to the front,
Install them similar to the 4+ kit. If you run a short shackle you need to trim the back of the shackle hanger to clear the spring eye when it travels up in compression ( again , see the 4+ design ). If you don't have them , you'll probably need a 4 degree caster shim when you're done, it will set about 6 dgrees positive caster without them
