6500 OBO - Selling my 1999 100 Series that Ive had since 2016. She sits at 335k miles of adventure, camping trips and offroading with a number of upgrades. I truly love this truck, but I was blessed with a little 4x4 Nissan with 30k miles which fell in my lap, and unfortunately I dont have the time to give the landy the time and TLC she deserves. Hate watching her sit, and I'm hoping she will go to a good home.
The good: Old Man Emu suspension with 2 inch lift, halo projector headlights, roof mounted awning, cargo basket, roof mounted lightbar, towing package added, metal offroad bumper, snorkel, subwoofer, custom fit "exotic" gator seat covers and a backup camera. I change the oil every 5000 miles, had the tbelt and water pump changed about 20k miles ago. Starter I changed about a year ago. I dont worry driving it, and offroad it is a beast. Whether its high water crossings, steep rutted mountain roads, red clay, snow, or sugar sand, this thing has never been stuck (well has never had to be pulled out ha!). Comes with 2 keys.
The bad: She has a lot of miles, a minor valve cover gasket leak (less than a quart per oil change), a minor rack and pinion leak (one pint every 6-12 months). Needs an alignment. Tires should be changed soon. One rear window has a messed up pinch sensor so no double-click to auto to raise window, single click and hold button to raise to full extent. Sunroof no longer retracts and steering wheel adjustment no longer works as of 4 years ago. She has always had a shutter at 50 which disappears at 60.
The Ugly: She has been beat up a little through the years. Previous owner had kids which wrecked some of the interior trim, some of which I was able to creatively fix (see the speaker door covers). She also has some denting on the passenger side from an offroading trip 7 years ago when I decided to go up a dirt bike trail and a pine tree said "no". She is dirty under the hood. Not a pavement princess.
Point being, here is a reliable offroader with a ton of potential with TLC. Reach out if interested.
