KZJ78 automatic transmission

So I have been thinking the KZJ78 has a 5 speed automatic transmission for the last year and had somebody else tell me it is actually a 4 speed. Have I been writing g this entire time??!

Look at the firewall tag, it’s probably an A343f. The second number refers to the number of gears the transmission has. It can definitely feel like a 5spd when the torque converter locks up in 4th.

Thanks - you were dead on! It is a A343f and it DOES feel like a 5 speed!
