Wanted Ky 1963 fj40 jumpseats and steering wheel

Looking for early jumpseats (long with 2 bolt feet). Will be installing new covers so just need a set with minimal surface rust. Also need steering wheel in decent repairable shape. Mine is beyond repair.

What is "beyond repair" as far as a steering wheel? My '64 has about 14 cracks in it, and even though I have crack-free wheels, I like my cracked wheel just fine.

There's a pic floating around here somewhere where I've got 20 or so of my early steering wheels lined up. They are all for sale.

Wasn't so much worried about the cracks in the steering wheel as the finish is crumbling. Can it be sanded down to get back to some stable material and then repainted? As for the seat frames, the frames are rotted where the upholstery was holding moisture against the tube frame and sheetmetal

I may have some seats for you after all. I have to take a look now, but I seem to recall a pair from a '63 that were missing a foot or two. Since your feet look solid, this may work for you.

And I hear what you're saying about the finish. The reason I am sticking with my cracked wheel is that it is very shiny.
