Don't waste your money, ride like crap, wear like crap, hard rubber compound, basically made for mall crawlers

I will be the devil's advocate. I ran the KL71's on a '99 4Runner and loved them. Did well in light mud, dirt, gravel and snow. I have seen/driven vehicles with the exact same tires where one vehicle drives great with them and the other drives like crap. Just depends what they are going on...lots of factors. The only downside I had with the KL71's on the 4Runner was they didn't last for very many miles.

Just reviving an old thread

A couple of weeks ago I purchased 5X new 265X75X17 KL71 for my 200 series, I previously had Maxxis mud crap :censor:on their before, noisy crap.

Now I don't know if they've changed since last reviewed on here, but so I'm very happy with them, they're very quiet, look good are 10 ply and a lot cheaper than known brands.

I know time will tell and I'll report back if I change my mind

How are they after some use and abuse?
