A few questions....
You are still getting gear oil contamination in the wheel bearing grease/knuckle grease or just the grease is just leaking from heat and motion of the joint? Did you measure or maintain the shim stack on the bottom of knuckle to keep the birfield centered in the housing? Full time or part time system (free hubs or drive plates)?

How big a leak we talkin?
You check to see if your diff breather plugged? When you had the knuckle apart, did you see if the inner axle shaft maybe had a groove worn in it?

The last time I had oil staining on the inside of the tire rim it was directly related to a malfunctioning diff breather.

the axle shaft was clean
the diff breather was also o.k but i'll take another look on it.
i used the marlin's inner oil seal and i'm not sure if it's is actualy better then oem for this axle,
it seems that the oem is much more flexible. any comments about that?

there are many threads about the marlin seals, and many of those are not good.
phrogg4evr asked about a groove, on the first one I ever had fail on an FJ60, the worn groove didn't appear to be significant until I took it apart a second time.

Your Axle housing is bent.
The Land Cruiser community, and until recently, myself included, has a long standing denial about the weakness of the Land Cruiser axle housings. They bend. Often. Easily. The results are that the shafts are no longer centered in the housings, and the seals cannot seal. And the Birfields are difficult to remove from the knuckles, even when you have the flat spot lined up. And we stand around scratching our heads, not knowing what the problem is, refusing to believe the Earth is round, the sun doesn't rotate around the Earth, and that our Land Cruiser axle housings are fatally weak, bend easily, and cause persistent axle sealing problems.

They bend from the spring perch outwards to the swivel ball, you could do a quick check useing a sprit level ( vertical ) on each wheel, should get the same reading on the bubble.
An bent axle housing resulted in uneven wear in both the tires.
