If you have these sitting on a shelf and don’t want to make a coffee table out of them, let me know. I need them for my ‘67!

I have an original front axle from my '65 FJ45 in Jackson, TN.
I’ll keep this in mind! I don’t make it over the plateau much anymore (but in college I dated a girl that went to school in Memphis and made that trip way, way too many times!). Thanks!

Talk with @pardion he had a few . I believe at least one was NOS but I’m old and my memory sucks …so don’t quote me.
I’ll reach out if Mark (marks off-road) has issues. He said he’s got some, and is calling me about shipping on Monday.

This place is the best

Mark will take care of you. I was going to also tag him but he mentioned not feeling well in another thread.

He mentioned that on the phone. Hope he gets to feeling better soon.

What I found when I pulled the inner axle:

I was telling @nabbasi on the phone this morning that I have one like that on my Wall of Shame. And I was telling him that I learned from @wngrog 19 years ago that is what he likes to call work hardened.😉

Wow. Amazing that did not snap.
My jeep friends were shocked. I wish I knew what caused it! There are lots of unknowns about the history of this thing. I have notes in the Chilton manual I found in the toolbox, but the notes end around Aug 1979. Considering the state of it, i don’t think she’s been appreciated by an owner in 45 years!
