Hi all,

Any idea on what happened to Land Shark Outfitters, makers of the KISS drawer system? The website has been down for at least a week. I can't find any contact information. I was hoping to order a set, but they've gone dark. Anyone have the scoop?

Thanks!

Mark

Hmmm, strange. I was able to access the webpage, but it shows it as not secure. Paging @cruzerDave He is who you need for info.

BTW, I've had the drawers for quite a while now. Love em!

His security certificate is expired. On Chrome if you click 'advanced' then 'proceed to...' you can still bring up the site.

Thanks all!

I did the same with another follow up email, hopefully he responds. Even an all is well on the forum from him would be nice. Has anyone been in contact or know this person?

I believe he posted not long ago about a new job that was taking up a bit more of his time. Dave has a,ways had a bit of a lead time but it is well worth the wait!

Yeah I would definitely say 5 weeks with no response is a long time.

Not quite as long as you, but I'm at nearly 4 weeks with no contact or update. I emailed again this morning. I'm hoping to hear back soon.

This is a pisser. I wonder how long of a window we would have to dispute a cc charge.

Give it some time. Guy's been on Mud a long time, hasn't done anything shady in the past. Life gets in the way sometimes. More than once there's been a village mob ready to burn a vendor when it turns out some terrible life thing's happened. It's the nature of a one man show which many vendors here are.

When you order it says it will take 4-6 weeks on the website, and in the email confirming sale.

I ordered about that long ago and got shipping info this week. I also got an email from him.

I would say if you’re within the stated 4-6 weeks, you should relax.

I purchased 4 weeks ago and nothing. Not to happy right now

Alarmist much!?
