Recently ordered and put together the MESO Customs Minimalist Key Fob V2, and it's pretty solid. It's primarily marketed for the 3rd-gen Tacoma, but that shares the same OEM key as the 2016-2017 Land Cruiser.

Very durable-feeling injection molded design, slim silhouette (it is thicker depth-wise because the key is now on the back, but slimmer in length and width), clever integration of the valet key, minimal branding, nice buttons, and a bonus integrated bottle opener. Another neat component is that since the angle of the valet key is now turned 90° and how the fob now attaches to the key ring, the entire bunch of keys now lay together much nicer in the pocket and feel easier to use in the hand. Feels less splayed out and clunky altogether.
It also incorporates a "snap-together" design like OEM, combined with two screws which go into threaded brass inserts. So it feels like it should stay together much better than the other screw-only options on the market which screw together with screws at each corner.
I got it during the Black Friday sale for $17.50, and got their additional $5 red buttons so I could make the panic button red like OEM. Solid deal all things considered, and my favorite option on the market.
Offered in a whole bunch of colors too:

Minimalist Key Fob V2
