Katrina Donation A Success!

Thanks to members Bob, Chuck, Ghen, Henry, JP, Richard and Marshall the donation drive was a huge success. We collected approximately 450 lbs of food and toiletry items, 19 cases of bottled water, 18 huge bags of clothes (many of them new), and $202.78. The donations were transported by the truck loaned to us by Ralph Hayes Toyota and given to the Pickens County Salvation Army who gladly accepted the donations in the name of the Katrina victims. I'm happy to say that you all helped make the 1,500 Upstate victims a lot happier with your help.

I will be writing a news press release for the Upstate Cruisers and the Toyota Trails magazine to impress upon everybody that we ARE a legitimate, caring group of people.
