I live in Portugal, Europe, where a rear bumper, other than the original, is simply not possible, it's forbidden!
Don't ask me why, I really don't know, we happen to have some mediocre ideas regarding vehicle transformation, specially in 4x4's...

I'm starting a overland build, in a 2016 LC200, aiming to a solution where I can have the 2nd spare wheel in the rear, keeping the 1st spare under, in it's original location.
I'm also building the truck for the Sahara Desert Challenge 2023/2024 where 2 spare wheels are mandatory.
I'm trying to save inside space for other cargo (ARB drawers, ARB Zero, etc.) and also keeping the second seat row in place, for future overland use of the car with 4 persons onboard.

The KAHN Expedition LC200 has a great solution for this, although I don't know if the new rear bumper supports the carrier or if it is somehow bolted to the frame, somewhere behind the right fog light.
In their webpage it states "GATE MOUNTED SPARE WHEEL CARRIER" but it's clearly shown some kind of carrier replacing the rear right fog light.
Over here it's only mandatory to have fog light on the left side, so this is something we can skip.

I was wondering if it's possible to have this kind of solution for the spare wheel in the back and also where to get it.

Of course I can email KAHN for this solution but I think it's a full kit so I don't think it's possible to have just this part.
The full kit would be an option, however, in Portugal it's simply forbidden...

Thanks in advance for any replies on this.

It looks like they are using the same area to mount it as some of the OEM options…at least on the 100, but I’m not sure if the 200 has that option overseas…I think it does. It isn’t mounted on the rear gate, but you can see the bar going to the passenger side of the rear bumper. There was a recent thread and someone was talking about all the bracing needed.

Whatever they’ve got going on that rear bumper looks great.

I love the idea but it looks like it works in conjunction with their rear bumper as well which you stated isn't allowed in your country so this is likely a no-go for you. I dig it though, it's a clean solution.

The "problem" is really the mounting points to the frame, behind the fog light. I don't know if it is possible to have that weight on just a few screws, no matter how hard they are, there's to much lever, specially when opened.

I believe this also, it's somehow attached to the new bumper, maybe underneath that cover.
I will look into this, maybe I can find a solution installing some rear bumper bracing, behind the OEM bumper cover, with a hinge behind the space of the fog light, having it opening like other non OEM solutions.

In my country the rear bumper is a no-go, however, if it doesn't look like non OEM it's a straight forward mod that can be done.

Not sure if they are available in yoru country. But Kaymar makes an arm like this that mounts to the rear truss between the frame rails and "comes out" the rear light area like this. It works with all stock parts.

Here's an example

This (or the same idea implemented locally) seems like the ideal solution.

I'll try to find out if it is available here.

Due to our Car-Audio fabrication facilities, this would be something possible to fabricate in-house, however it would not be tested for safety and I would not be comfortable with this.

If there is a proved solution it would be a lot better.

One thing is to install speakers, amplifiers, subwoofer enclosures and keep everything as stealth as possible, if something goes wrong it's just the audio system failure. Another thing is to have a flying wheel on the highway that can kill someone in the process...
