Just wanted to mention that Roadtrippers (roadtrippers.com/) has a less than customer service friendly auto-renewal cancellation policy. While every other subscription service I have ever encountered will offer some sort of a refund even after a renewal has been triggered Roadtrippers will not give ANY refund, even if you contact them the day you receive the email that the renewal has been charged.

To be fair that info is in their "Terms" somewhere and it's my fault for not reading the fine print BUT...

In any case, while I liked their offerings for the most part I am very disappointed with their customer service. I did reach out to their CS folks and was told they could not help me.

That is a crappy policy. I had an issue with Spot (spot messenger) and went through a similar problem with auto renew. I had to log in to my account to see the renewal invoice. I called CC company and reversed charges and cancelled the card.
