Good day,

I recently purchased an 80 series 1991 and it came with front and rear wiper arms with with the screw on type blades. are there any conversion kits to make it universal as with modern arms?

@NLXTACY has a kit with all new arms.

RHD wiper arms have the opposite orientation.

@Madcrix12 the newer wiper arms can be bolted to the older motor links using the original hardware. The knurling holds them in place just fine. Mine have survived two icy winters this way.

tks jonchez, but i want to move away from the toyoa specifi blades and make it universal. being able to stop at any parts store to get repalcements is more appealing than stuck to a dealership hrs and locations

I just replaced the screw type wiper arms with hook type on Hdj81.

Do these sit right on the windshield and utilize 18inch blades? I have a rhd as well and realized the stock ones are bolt on blades.
