Hi Gang,

My JDM BJ74 paint code is 155. This is a Grey Poly.

Today, I called a local dealer and they did not have the colour listed as the body colour was never imported to Canada. They said they could make it up if I want.

I just need for touch up. Anyone ever done this? In a small batch? Cost?

I think I found an almost exact Toyota match at Korean Tire the other day. I have not applied any yet... but it looks very close. Sorry... no more help than that.

auto paint stores can make up touch up paint and rattle cans in any color you want, they might be able to use the color code(but as its not sold in NA prolly not) so just take in a small body part(gas filler cover) and they can scan the paint and make it up for you.

with this paint code i can get it made here in Calgary..
what is interesting to me is although it is all NA, there are paint codes that can not be reproduced here in Canda but can be bought in the States...
go figure...

Not sure on the actual code A2B... but looking at our rigs... I think they are the same color. Don't know if Can Tire sells the bombs.

Bruce,Sorry I did not get back to you on this, give Concept Finishing a call in Richmond 604-279-0995 and see if you can talk to Garry,he helped me out a few weekends ago and found them,the 155 paint code was available in Canada in 88-89-Grey Metallic,the top if it is silver,I THINK?? was paint code 148,have them check on the 2 tone combos for those years.They do have it.I lost my notes and have been trying to find them.I will check for them at work and get back to you with them.
They can make it up in spray bombs if you wish.
