The watches:

-Open/close the locks, including of the back door
-Starts/stops the engine
-Wireless locking/unlocking (Not sure of the difference between the first feature)

BTW, the colorful one below the watches is a key with similar features, as well.

The JDM ones have the side airbags too, so if they're the same, then they "should" fit, I would imagine.

Before purchasing a Japanese RF product, I would make sure the frequency it broadcasts on is within a non-FCC license band. Also, the RX unit may not be the same as the US version because of this...

I did discover there is a Toyota Crown RF watch variant providing keyless entry and start that to my eye is an even nicer watch so be very interested if you can source that.

I assume this watch becomes your entry key and also starts the vehicle? Having a wrist watch as the only key would make vallet parking seriously annoying

Do you happen to know the year/model of the Crown?

If not, I can probably have them figure it out.
