The battery regulating system is designed to stabilize voltage in your Land Cruiser for maximum battery efficiency, allowing its full potential to be released. It provides both function and stylish appearance; units are designed to fit your Toyota Land Cruiser with one additional grounding cable. The most secure and reliable mounting locations to ensure an easy installation and excellent performance. The battery regulating system has three hyper ground wire terminal openings;

2. Connect the extra Hyper Ground Wire that included with the kit to the other end of the Max Volt Power System, install the other end of the wire to the chassis of your vehicle, engine block, or radiator support.

The Max Volt Power system also feature an LED on the unit also operates as a system monitor, to alert you when your Land Cruiser battery may need service or replacement. In additional, a display of the voltage is also on the MVP unit to show you the voltage of your Land Cruiser battery current.
Toyota Land Cruiser MVP battery regulating system features:

I believe it might reduce audio noise, and I believe it's blue or silver.

The rest sounds a lot like over ambitious marketing.

So LX_TREME- what is this thing exactly? A voltage regulator for your battery? A noise filter? I do not understand what this is. What's in the box? A capacitor? Sounds like hype to me.

It must be good stuff. Just look at the quality & price of their grounding wires::doh:
