A nice young 10 point buck spent the day chasing a fetching
doe all around the house lawns today. It was funny as chit. The doe
would walk around the yards and look us straight in the eye
and calmly brouse around. The poor buck looked us in the eye too
but he stayed at the woods edge. After flicking her tail in his face
all day I finally saw them together in the woods edge. I'm betting
Joe Buck gets lucky real soon. :grinpimp:
Everybody's talkin' at 'em...they can't a word that's spoken......
only the echo of their minds....hehe

Yeah..Yeah!!
69 was indeed a good year!

'Going where the weather suits my clothes'

What was it you said we rule, Jim?

The roost......

To finish it out:

Backing off of the North East wind,
Sailing on summer breeze
And skipping over the ocean like a stone

MIDNIGHT COWBOY circa 1969 Ratso was Dustin's second best role, the first being LITTLE BIG MAN

Hey Jim, maybe we should get an "Old Guys Rule" tee with a UC logo on the front.

Available only to the "Over the Hill Guys", of course.

I just recently got BOTH flicks on DVD. :grinpimp:
Incredible to watch after so many years have passed
since we last enjoyed them.

We haven't seen our Joe Buck since the ruttin' round.
Hehe...they must be busy. :grinpimp:

MERRY CHRISTMAS to ALL and to all a great new year!

Hmmmmm........our Posse does indeed need a moniker.

LOL. For christmas I got ALL the guys in our families
black satin doo rags...you know...the kind with the
flap hanging down behind. :)
We all posed as the Posse and had dad, at 89, giving
the signs. Harrison in Da House.
We laughed our arses off. My homie bro promised to
forward some pics.

This is how we roll. :grinpimp:
Fo' hizzle

I'm gonna go where the sun keeps shinin'
through the pouring rain.
I'm skipping over the ocean like a stone.

How about this:

"Don't be concerned, it will not harm you.
It's only me pursuing something I'm not sure of.
Across my dreams, with nets of wonder
I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love."

or:

"What a day for a daydream,
What a day for a daydreaming boy.
I'm lost in a sweet dream
Dreaming 'bout my bundle of joy"

or:

"I set my sail, when tide comes in
And I just cast my fate to the wind"
[ignore the fact that you sail on an ebb, Jim]

or even:

"Over bridge of sighs
To rest my eyes in shades of green
Under dreamin' spires
To Itchycoo Park, that's where I've been

What did you do there?
I got high
What did you feel there?
Well I cried
But why the tears there?
I'll tell you why
It's all too beautiful
It's all too beautiful
It's all too beautiful
It's all too beautiful?

Kinda makes me think about wheelin' the 'whee.

Remember them all like it was yesterday, Bill.

BTW, Sometimes, with deep-draft boats, we must wait for the tide to come in to set sail or we will end up "on the hill".

Yeah, 'sail' out on the iron jib with the ebb. Less chance for embarrassment.
