Thats this thursday at the Roundtable on Marlow in SR.
6 FOR BS
7 FOR MEETING
newsletter pending.
any last minute submissions by sunday evening please.
Thank you for your continued support.

G said that "normally" the jan meeting is in Sonoma. I dunno, but I guess Marlow was agreed on?

I really never paid attention. Did I get it right ? SR is the place I thought we had said for it.

Last yeat the meeting was at the Marlow rd. Round Table. So I reserved the room their. At this meeting we should talk about a permanent location.
Dave

Sonoma or santa rosa?
Mudrak is right

There is no specifics to any location. Part of being the Meeting Chair was scheduling the meetings as you wanted, ideally spreading them around. When Mudrak was chair, Sonoma was first. It has also been very convenient for subsequent chairs such as Kathy. We have consistently had our final meeting in Windsor as that was the way Roger and I set it up... everyone travels but ideally one meeting is close to home.

Talk now of a single, consistent location (bla). Kick off meeting for 08 at the Marlow Round Table... finalize discussions on a permanent location...

Hey remember some of us are driving a good distance no matter what meeting place it is. You wanna hang with the coolest club with one of the least restrictive membership requirements in TLCA and not to mention the best group of wheeling compadries then get in your ride and wel'l see ya there.

Directions for those not familiar with Area. From Peesalot

If you are going North on 101 thru Santa Rosa you want to take the Guernville Rd./ Steele Lane exit. ( same for south ) . Go west on Guernville Rd./ Steele Lane .( same road just changes names at that particular intersection).

After about 1 mile you will come to Marlow Rd. intersection( see Safeway shopping center kitty corner from you). You want to turn left , then immediately right into Safeway parking lot. Round Table is the first store on your left as you enter parking lot.

There is an autozone across the street in case some of our less mechanical friends bring their trusty steeds.

Nicely said James...

Hey, huge round of applause and thanks to Dave Thomas, our new membership VP who had to immediately take the reigns and fly the meeting! Kudos to you Dave.

Remember everyone, submit your newsletters submissions to John by (ideally) this Sunday or early in the week. John will get out some info about the next meeting set for the Occidental Round Table so we can check out the meeting room.

Sad to see Tim leaving the role of President but he was all smiles! Everyone gave their thanks to Tim as he exits the President role after two years. You can thank Tim personally at the February Pillsbury (mud?) run. Details to be provided by our new and energetic calendar chair Dion! Dion is bringing some fresh enthusiam to the calendar and I know we all look forward to some new and exciting runs.

Had to good time, great to see everyone...

Occidental Round Table

Well We are off to a banner start. The Occidental Road Round Table is not available for the March 20 meeting so we will have to come up with a better location. To make sure we a have a room I reserved the back room at Rohnert PArk Round Table. If we can come up with something better in the mean time let me know.
If someone can volunteer to drive by the Occidental one and check it out I will reserve for a later meeting.

Dave

Follow up on Occidental Round Table-
Tried to reserve it for the August 20, 2008 meeting and apparently there is another car club that has meeings their on the 3rd Thursday every month and has already booked both rooms.

Dave

what about the one on Steele Lane/Guerneville Rd. just next to Codding Town ? It has a nice private room and lots of parking.

sounds to me like its Rohnert park... regardless.

Good try on an august shot.

Don't forget, May meeting is during Fun Day... at the Henrys.
