For some reason I have lost these statistics for a 1960 FJ25, thinking because I have not seen otherwise that the jack, it's handle, and the extensions are yellow?......The engine crank rod, black or body color? and the correct length of the crank rod? Also the distance from the forward (middle) crank handle clip to the rear clip? My painter accidently filled the holes and I can't find them. Project Old Fart is gonna move off of the back burner. Thank's in advance, John

17-5/8" c-c, not quite centered between the ribs, both favor the rear.

Thank's Jim, I have that side figured out for the jack handle extensions but need the left wheel well for the engine crank handle's clip holes. Are they equal spacing as the rod clips? Also need the length of a stock jack rod, and what color these parts are. John

The jack and handles were yellow. My oldest 60 FJ25 still had them. The jack has a tag attached the reads "Made in Japan" . Crack pretty sure is the shorter 850MM version. Only seen the 850MM and 1005MM crack rods. Thought they were paint. But could be body color. Just happen to be up north. I see if I can find my crack rods. Have one I can't remember where it came from. It's bent and either surface rusted or grey. Grey would have been in my grey 25 which is the only one that still has the clips still intact.

I may be confused but that is the left side for the crank. There was also one on the side right above the center channel.

Looking for jack handle length not crack rod, opps. Those aren't here but remember them being the same as other handles I have from sixties and seventies FJ40s. I'll get some picture of the clips. Jack handles right side crack rod left. Wouldn't be able to post until I have a computer not just a phone.

Sorry about that Jim, I was seeing double this morning, by using your measurements I found where I need to drill out some filler, as I saw the very slight depresions in the paint.

After filling over 160 holes in this cruiser it's very hard to drill more. Thank's for helping, John

Wow, that's looking good. I still can't believe they bolted a clip through the side. Details, details.

X2 on good looking.

As for drilling thru the side remember these were built as a true utility vehicles. Almost everything was painted the same color. The thing that stands out the most to me is the location of the battery. Only real thing in the way under the hood from where the battery fit in the 40 series gasser was the horn and mounting bracket.

Ok Guy's, now I'm going to need photo's with dimensions on the forward clip that sits on a 1/2"? stand off bracket, I was going to glue the stand off bracket to the inner wall. I really do not want to drill through the body, but if that's the way they were I just might.

The front one? Treeroots hope is through the body
