Lot's of cyphering and gozintas going on in that garage right now. I am positive that between JT and Jrob the project will be successful. I'm just a gopher, grinder, cutter, and beer drinker.

Charles, Grogan and a lot of people have asked that. Bottom line is I wanted to go with 80 axles......if I end up up breaking we will rip it out and do something different.

JT is a great documenter...me, not so much. I get to working and never take a picture, that is why he is driving that ship.

We still have a few issues that need to be worked out. Hopefully we will have frame mounts worked out 100% this week

Yes I can,.....but there would be LARGE gaps in the documenting process!

Dusty Lawhon had the quote of the night when we called him: "I need to be in Mississippi cause I'm a fabricating MF'r!" Love that guy!

Ima fabricator too! Bendin the truth!

I was told not to come over there till they had it figured out aka 95% complete because my heckle technique would just distract them and piss them off...

Will the Toyota pinion be the weak link?

Charles - to be clear, with the Diamond housing, the plan is to reuse Jrob's current 9.5" front diff. The 80 series OEM high pinion 8" front diff will not be used here (assuming that's the weak link you were referring to).

Well screw it then! Let's just build a buggy!

It's never been about the destination to me. I enjoy the journey and who's in the car with me.
ROH TAHDE.

This was all much cheaper when we were all on 35's and just having fun. I'm not gonna try to keep up with these guys. Can't afford it. Oh well, the cooler is never too far away and lots of crazy things go on in camp and the newbies always need a trail leader. Maybe I can sell them pics of the purdy truck back when it was purdy! Ha

"I print the shirts! I show the pics!"

I think it will be fine as long as Jrob doesn't let Nolen drive it. If the axles do not work out, I'm sure Jrob will use them for his next build which I'm guessing will be a lightweight buggy.

It is interesting to see the progression of Jrob truck. This will just put additional pressure on the rest of the CLC guys/gals wanting to keep up with Jrob.

Seeing all the work you guys do makes me tired. I guess I'm just getting old.

Did someone say 39's?

Can't be done. Look at my sig line from 2010...
