check out swagoffroad.com. It converts your dewalt or wilwaukee portaband to a bandsaw, $100. He makes great stuff. I pretty much own most of the tools he has made. Good stuff and very affordable. Jrob got one too...

That's exactly what Lenny and I were telling him last night at 12:30 when we quit working....

Some more detailed pics of the fab for the front of the rear spring mount relocation.
Started with 2x2 .250 wall square tube. Cut line at 1 5/8 inches . Top pic (Making a C out of the square). To cap ends, we plasma cut a triangle out the plasma'd a geoove where to bend .then laid down the beat down with a BFH. middle pic. Then welded it solid and smoothed out with a flap wheel.

Welded up and flapped wheeled smooth. It's now ready for rear leaf spring front mount to be tacked into place.

For newer guys:
The reason he had to move the springs back was to make room in the drive train for the doubler. The drive shaft angle would be way too steep if you just shortened it. The added benefit is a longer wheelbase, making it more stable on hills.

Thanks for the info Len. They have some really cool stuff.
I'll have to put the portaband mounting system on my "buy" list.
