Alright guys we need to rally to get Jrobs 40 ready for the Round up in March.

Here is a list i came up with off the top of my head.

Round up checklist

-extended emergency brake cable- ordered
-tcase rear output emergency brake installed
-rear d shaft installed
-tranny tunnel mods
-gas tank installed
- gas lines hooked up
-extended rear brake line?
-extended ARB air locker line ?
-seats installed
-add fluid to tcase
-bleed brakes

- front MT fenders reinstalled
- front bezel installed
-new hood installed
-MT rear bumper and tail lights installed

Jrob does the front drive shaft need to be lengthened? If so did you get that happening

things that could be done after round up if we ran out of time..
- rear tube fender
-paint body?
-paint cage
- box rear frame
-finishing touches to rear tailgate
-4 link

if you guys get me a measurement i can have the brakeline made and send it out with an arb hose if need be.

Georg, sorry didn't know you could handle the brake line....already ordered. I can use something to extend the arb line?

arb makes a repair coupler. great to have on the trail. otherwise, just get another length of blue hose.....

Let me know when yall work on it again Jrob....i am not qualified for much but I feel that I know 40 fuel systems pretty well after uninstalling, reinstalling mine twice in a month! I also just put my seats back so pretty confident I could do that and......of course.....monitor Chris while he drinks beer

Got the fenders on last night.

I will be working on the 40 tomorrow. If anyone wants to come down...come on. Bodean is coming and Lenny maybe.

On the agenda:
finish installing front fenders and hood
get all wiring and everything else associated with the engine connected
install Ipor rear bumper
fab a mount for the toybox
modify the Ipor skid plate

Tried to get away to come watch but my hood and I were wrestling until I broke 2 bolts painting starts tomorrow

Do you have air tools? Just wondering. We put a little PB blaster on Jrobs hood bolts and they came right off with an air ratchet.

By air tools you mean lots of hot air and cussing right? no I wish!
