Wanted ISO: 100 series in NC/SC/TN

In search of a 100 series within reasonable distance from Charlotte, NC.

Must:

-have less than 200k miles
-have had the timing belt and water pump done
-no rust
-Clean/clear title
-preferably with maintenance records
-preferably as little blemishes as possible
-clean interior
-under $8k
