Is this it? What is this? EVAP Purge Valve? (2 Viewers)

Hey guys. Trying to identify the EVAP Purge Valve on my 1991 FJ80 w/3FE engine. Its right next to my vapor canister. I’m getting a bubbling sound from my fuel tank on 100 degree days. Was wondering if its my EVAP Purge Valve, Vapor Check Valve, or VSV Switch Solenoid. What is this part in the photo?

The Toyota part number is stamped right on the top. Clean it off and search the number.
Have you consulted the FSM??????
