keep looking...

there is another 91 on the same list i can't get to post,it has 180k miles,asking $3000

At least the 4x4 works. Needs body work?

I'd value it at $3k, if the interior looks good and nothing else crops up.

Well, It did say or best offer! print off a copy of kelly blue book pricing for a fair condition 92' and show them if needed. kelly prices vehicles for the area your prospective cruiser resides. Aim high, shoot low!

Depends on what you are looking for. Poor gas mileage cars are going well under asking price right now, so you could get a deal. My personal choice would be to hold out for one with more goodies. Lockers,...uh...lockers. It's tough to find a good deal though. It took us nearly 6 months to get our first 80. I'm still looking for our second. My timing+right vehicle+right deal+right location=tough to find.

I'd echo your concerns about the short ownership period and 'a little body work'.

I work in Brentwood and can check it out if you want an objective opinion.

no offense to anyone but it sounds like someones daddy bought it and they tore it up and its time for something else.

well i'm going to look at this rig next wednesday, has a clean car fax, originally came out of west virginia-transplanted to memphis, this owner picked it up there.started calling dealers in the area with VIN-i work at a dealer so i just ask them to ck history-had front axle seals replaced about 2 months ago.the roof rack is a plus.guy now says the price is firm,we'll see what it looks like in person.have to sell my truck first anyway.on another note how many of you guys also have trucks.i said at one time i would always have one but after loading all my gear in the 4runner i don't know.any other opinions or experiences.i don't want to be sick over selling the truck.and if i am i sure can't let the wife know.she thinks i'm an idiot for wanting to get rid of it for a cruiser anyway

Be forewarned - WV is snow / salt country.
