Is there such thing as a cheap 100?

I looked at a 2000 LX470 last weekend with 175k miles on it listed for $4500 but decided to pass because I didn't want to have to sort it out myself. TB was done at 100k had a good amount of rust underneath, seat heaters weren't working (interior was otherwise in decent shape), and the clear coat was toast on the entire truck. Probably still a decent price though.

That's the best deal I've heard. Bet he needs to do the valve adjustment via shims...
He basically bought the locker & got the truck for free...

Haha, it needed a new engine. We swapped it out over a long weekend. I think he's into it less than $4k and that includes a lot of base lining and replacing the timing belt and what not.
