Is There A Programmer That Is Adaptable for a 2000 LC?

I'm in the market for a programmer and I'm not having much luck finding one. I would like to have one but I am also curious as to if these trucks even need one? Does anyone on this site have one? If so do you mind providing the brand and model? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Are you talking about a 'tune'? Don't think that's possible without a piggyback module of some kind.

You can source the TechStream software and cable and change certain parameters, but this won't affect engine performance.

The only other type would be for either a turbocharger or supercharger kit, but that wouldn't work on a stock vehicle.
Other than that, you may be hearing crickets on this topic...
