Is there a fix for the FJ62 driver mirror shake?

I searched the list, but came up with nothing, but I thought I saw something on that somewhere. It drives me nuts.

I just was given an idea that I have yet to try. Kids golf ball sized nerf balls, stuff them behind the mirror and it should help. Makes sense.

take off the two mounting screws, there should be a nut to tighten down the mirror....be careful though, i broke mine that way. Old plastic seems to get brittle in the Arizona sun. Now I run without mirrors

The nerf ball thing sounds okay until it soaks up water.
