Is spring sag a real thing in the 100 series?

Do you know if the AHC-specific springs are 490mm? If I got the 520mm that would alleviate the need for the 30mm spacers, right?

There's only one size for AHC springs. The 490 / 520 options are for non-AHC springs.

Mixing up ahc (LX and option on newer LC) and non-ahc (LC) vehicles in the same thread can be confusing, bet here's bit more:
There are at least 3 different rear coil springs available for trucks with ahc. Here are two, which are in addition to the standard for the LX, wich has a pink marking. These two are speciefied for the LC, but can be used on the LX just as well:
48231-6A770 W(ACTIVE HEIGHT CONTROL); H=485, PURPLE PAINTED
48231-6A780 W(ACTIVE HEIGHT CONTROL); H=500, BROWN PAINTED
Even with the brown springs fitted, it's easy to oveload the ahc.
Then there's also the King's Springs.
All this is covered better in other threads in here.
And yes, it's the spring rate which is the most important, not the length.

I have a 2005 LC100 and feels the same way as others have described, does Toyota offer the 520mm spring? If not, which makes the best 520mm springs? I just want to replace my stock fatigued spring.
