Is my NL Dual Battery controller a solar controller??

Does anyone have an idea if a National Luna dual battery contoller will 1) manage the charge to both batteries (I think so) and 2) will it or can it act as a DC disconnect for a solar panel.

Is anyone running a solar charging setup connected to a dual battery setup and, if so, where are the connections made?
