Is it possible to adjust horizontal aim on the headlights? (1 Viewer)

It is really vague for horizontal adjustment.
I turned both A and B, but I only had vertical adjustment. I would like to point my lights straight, they are slightly to the passenger side.

Pretty sure the outside (lower) bolts are for horizontal.

I turned them a bit, but I didn't see a difference, maybe it takes more to move horizontal than it does to do vertical?
