I rarely seen anything for LC200 on sale. I just found out Ironman 4x4 has LC200 2” lift kit on sale.

Just put this lift on my truck last weekend. Unfortunately I ordered it back in December and didn’t get the sale price. I really like it so far. The ride quality is great and the truck doesn’t nose dive anymore when you get on the brake hard. Running 34 10.50 17’s on Icon 17 x 8.5 wheels with 25mm offset. If you don’t have access to a commercial spring compressor I’d recommend spending the extra couple of bucks to get the pre built struts.

Cool.....Nice and simple design......Did you install it yourself? Mounting locations are the same as stock? THX

Hmmm.. Any feedback on these for the 08 model 200? Ride stiffness, etc... OME Comparison..

+1 at 167k I'm due to replace original stuff.

Actually....The sale is still on so hopefully, my rig will arrive this weekend from Utah so I can order it........

you don’t need your rig to order. Order now before the sales ended.

If timing match, you get your rig + suspension set at the same date. That’s like having 2 present or surprises.

Did you have to do anything with the KDSS before the install? I may pull the trigger. Good price and looks..

Excellent question my friend. I was curious as well after reading your post and called IRONMAN 971-264-9016
Guy told me they provide instructions with the package on how to install with KDSS adjustment. He also said, they have a Youtube video on a Lexus GX460 which is very similar to the LC200 set up. The sale is on until end February 2020.

Cheers

The kit came with specific instructions with details of what you have to do to get the KDSS to equalize. We hosed down the valve screws with PB Blaster. Luckily they weren’t frozen up. We did remove the cover to make it a little easier to reach everything. No big deal, it’s only 3 bolts holding it on. Did have to use a wire brush to knock off some surface rust and give the Allen key a gentle tap to get all the way into the socket so we didn’t strip anything. As stated by everyone else about the KDSS. Follow the instructions and don’t turn them more than 3 full turns. Evidently bad things happen if you do. Once you are done and have the truck back on the ground it says to rock the truck some to move the suspension around before you tighten the valves back up.

My truck is a 2008. I did the lift a week ago and have driven it a good bit. It rides great. I also had read about the lift helping with the front ends nosediving under heavy breaking. Went out and tested it out and it definitely reduces that problem.

***If you don’t have a commercial spring compressor or a shop close you might want
To spend a few extra bucks for the pre built struts. The compressor I had scratched up my spring and didn’t seem very safe so we ran down to my step-dad’s buddies shop and had them assembled there. The rear springs didn’t need to be compressed and weren’t a big deal. Yep he struts we’re a whole different ball game.

***FYI. Research where you are getting the alignment done afterward. I had mine done at Tire Choice which used to be Treadquarters. I went there because they were close to the house and a National chain. They got me done In about an hour and a half and I thought it was good to go. Next day in the light I could see they had too much positive camber and after I drove it I could feel it. Took it back to get it realigned. I had to drop it off. When I picked it up a few hours later they said they couldn’t get it to align and offered me a free oil change. They also weren’t able to give me a printout or tell me what the specs were. Big bag of nopes! Got them to refund my money and now taking it somewhere else.
