Folks, i have finally done something i said i would never do, but always wanted to do. I drove a new car off the lot and took the huge depreciation hit and never even thought twice about it! I finally am the owner of a brand new 200 Series cruiser! Its a 2015 and she had 6 miles on her when i pulled off the lot; 5 of those miles were me test driving it.

I'm sure i'll have a lot of questions in the future, but for now i'm just driving it and enjoying it.

I washed it over the past weekend and one thing that struck me is when you get down and intimate with the truck, there are a lot of things that are similar to the 80 series. I really thought that was cool.

Anyways, here are a few pics of my new ride and some of my other rides.

Nice! I like how it goes with your other two!

Nice!!!
Congrats on the new Cruiser.

Congrats on the new roller

Congrat!!! Landcruiser for Life eh?!

Congrats!! It's a beauty and well worth the depreciation hit (which isn't even as bad as most other vehicles on the road).

Congrats on the new ride!

Congrats.

Good color too.

Any build plans in the future?

this one is going to stay stock for a long time. The only thing i would consider within the next 5 years is a front bumper and winch.. but that's really it.

hah, that's exactly what I told my wife when we bought our 200 series years ago:)

I am thinking about making something like this. No fog lights. I may incorporate fog lights somehow. It should be lighter than ARB and TJM.

I love this style bumper.
Depending on your geographic location there are a handful of guys on the 4runner.org form that have 4th gens that made them and run them... they could probably be persuaded to fabricate you one for a LC200 given the right $.

I could see a tube bumper on a LC200 for maximum approach angle and protection with a 20" SR2 rigid under the hoop and then some rigid cubes angled down and out to give a wide spread of the nearby area. would be sweet and super functional.

now i'm wondering if TRD makes a supercharger for these yet?!......

Wonder less. No. They sell a super charger for the 5.7 (tundra sequoia) but no fit kit for the LC even though it's the same engine. Some have installed them anyway on a us spec LC. And there's likely zero chance of installing one on a 2016 LC with that huge indent (which I like the looks of) right down the middle of the hood.

That thing looks great!

(I bet you'll be modding it sooner than you think!)
