Hey guys,

My name is Anthony, I met a few of you at the last meet. Normally I work as Chuy's navigator but I now have my own Cruiser and in time will create a personalized one of a kind rig like most of you.

By your sig line, you picked up a 96 LX450. Whats the story behind it? Where did you locate it, color, miles, options - all the good stuff.

Congrats by the way!

Congrats on the LX450. You have also promoted yourself to be the navigator in front of Chuy, instead of on his right side :)

Thanks! I picked up the 96 LX450 about a year ago. Once I rode in Chuy's, I knew I wanted one. I was lucky enough to find this one from a guy in Anthem. Its white, 175,xxx miles, and is still sitting stock. When I got it, the AC was shot. I was lucky enough to find a Land Cruiser compressor at Alma Imports and with some help, got the AC going. So far my mods are limited; they have mostly been radio, speakers, and a power inverter located in the rear of my center console.

Very nice. Looking forward to seeing it at the next Club Meet.

Hi

Hello

My name is Shawn and I live in the far east valley. I have been looking for an 80 for a few months now. Once I find the right truck I will be ready to join up. One of my favorite trails use to be the Bulldog Canyon trail with the power line trail for more of a challenge. All the fun trails are now closed and the trail has been graded. All the good shooting spots are also now closed thanks to people not picking up all the garbage that they hall out into the desert to shoot. :censor: Oops this was supposed to be an intro, not a rant.:)
I look foward to meeting you all.

Shawn

New dude ready to Cruise

Hey guys, I am new to the Cruiser world. Name is Ernie...I have been very into off road for many years now. I have had several Jeeps my favorite being my 2003 Jeep Liberty. I wrecked it and finally got a new rig. A 1996 Cruiser with 171000 miles and factory lockers. I can't wait to sink some blood, sweat and tears and money in to her.
I already know two TLC dudes, 370H55V and Chuy. Here is a pic of my Cruiser (it is still stock) and my old Jeep Liberty. Hope to meet some of ya'll soon.

Major upgrade, my friend. Good luck with the new ride.

People really show up between 6:30 to 7:30 depending on the time of year. I heard a rumor that someone was going to be cooking in the parking lot, but Sonic is next door if you haven't had dinner.

So, we are going to have a Julia Child demo this month?:hillbilly:

Hey everyone, my name is Lenin and I bought my first FJ60 when I moved out here back in August. Her name is Lisa, and she isn't much yet but she will be! I've been out to Butcher Jones alot and the Coke Ovens once. But I'm looking to hit other trails soon!

Well folks I've been in AZ since the first week of April. I just purchased a house in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area and I'm loving it. I also just flew back to LA and drove my 80 back to AZ and she is now sun tanning at the new house!! Anyway, I should be able to make it to the next meeting looking forward to meeting other Cruiser heads!

PS... I was driving to work this AM on Ellsworth Rd to Elliot to get on the 202 and there was a nice specimen of a UZJ100 armored and lifted. If its someone on this board I would like to say nice set up and would like to know what type of rear bumper do you have?
