Hey all, figured I would post an intro as I just registered today. I bought my first Land Cruiser this past week, a super clean 1995. This is a pretty big departure from my last car, a Chrysler 200. I needed something to support my hobbies a little better. I do a lot of climbing, mountaineering, and hunting and that car just wasn't getting it done. I'm stoked on this new LC and where it's gonna take me.

I live out near Joshua Tree, CA so if there's anyone in the area that ever wants to meet up and cruise/hit some trails, I'm all about it. Spent the weekend baselining and ordered a 2.5" OME lift from Slee I'm going to install this week. Glad to be here and see what I can learn from the group.

The attached picture is from a drive I took through the Cleveland National Forest on my way back from picking her up.

You should check if it's a late 1995 and if so it will have the OBDII. You can tell at the inside fuse box or I think on the passenger firewall inside the engine bay. I had a 95 that had the OBDII and it was nice to have.
Welcome to Land Cruisers...this is the best place to be.

Yep, it’s an OBDII. And it’s already throwing a P0420 code haha. I need to start troubleshooting that but it’s the only issue.

Welcome to the confusion.......

Ahhhhh......The pleasure of a damage multiplier and running boards.......
