Inti rack possibility!

The hardware on screws were very easy to source at the local hardware store.
 
opened it up and went thru the hardware and looks like some of the bolts/ screws holding the side rails on but also theres a ton of stuff with this and Some of it marked, some not and some of the stickers were worn off so Im not sure what goes
Anyone got a pix of the rack top and bottom so I can figure where some of the stuff goes? or a link to an assembling this ?

Now a couple of ?s
I picked up some bolts to hold the spreader bars on (grade 8s as they were the only things that would match finish wise) but I need to know what the smaller ones are ?
I also got some lock washers and flat washers as they were only a few flat washers with it and no lock .
The 2nd thing is does this look right with the front light mount/ screen . There was no holes drilled into the front spreader bar and should it be this way in the pix or spacer out ? It was getting dark

I had to drill out holes for the light rack. I got bolts that matched the rest but had to sandwich the nut with the washers to get the lightbar to look straight by spacing it.
I had more issues than just this and Juan has been good through out the process with contacting Inti.

Fairly certain that most of this is on Inti since Juan never puts his hands on these racks.

Which truck is the rack going on Todd?

The 80 getting this rack. The 70 has a 80 series 3/4 ARB rack making it a 70 full rack .

Hello Juan
I know the bolts I got for the large holes for the beams were an inch thread not M10x1.5 . As for the little ones they look like they are #10 screws but I want to make sure before I order a box of 25 .

Since i didn't get any response about the sizes to use i started to look around and found that #10x 1 1/4" hex head screws fit the smaller beam mounting holes .
I was a little bummed that I had to research what sizes and then source the missing hardware when it was known there was a problem with some missing in this order .
I really like the rack but that sort of put a damper on the process as I was thinking about one for my 06 Ford E350 4x4 van
 
Screw response

I shouldn't be doing this but I think is time since even I don't have a response. I've send emails, pictures, voice mails and I haven't heard from the owner. His wife told me that me have been really busy and the he will answer my emails asap.

Almost two weeks and no answer, my partner in Venezuela is going to Inti next week to find an answer. It's going to be next week, since Inti is 4 hours away from his place. As soon as he comes back, will have you an exact answer about those issues in this last Order. Thanks God the 9 previous orders have been excellent with no problems.

Thanks for sharing the information about the screws missing.

Nothing against you as I know your not the one putting them together, You have been responsive to the ?s I have had in PMs
You would figure with the amount you have ordered from Inti they would be a little more helpful on this issue .

Why place another order when they have been unresponsive in coming up with resolutions to the issues that have happened here?

I'm being patient but becoming aggravated.
 
Inti order

I don't understand why I can't start working in a new Order? We had some issues with this last order, but the previous 9 orders didn't have a problem at all... and we are working on solve your problem.

It takes almost a month to get 6 racks together and you are saying I should wait until we or Inti solve your issue? I don't think is fare!!! With Inti involved, or without it, your problem will be solve the latest by next week, I've created a good reputation in this forum and I'm not going to loose it. My reputation is my Honor and we are taking additional actions to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I hope you agree with me, since you know I've been working in your case, giving you updates and trying to give quality customer service.

It's not about me at all.
It's just about making sure the quality is back up to par before others go through what I and many from this last order have or are going through.

I have been sure to state that you have been fine to work with and that the issues have been with Inti so your reputation would not take a hit.

Then I don't see why I can not open a new Order. I am giving my word that PAYARA will make sure that the Inti products quality is back up. We will triple check each rack part before its been deliver.

That means more work for us, but we PAYARA want our customers to be satified.
