Intermittent power and idle issue

I've had this issue for a fee months now. Basically my idle will be down at around 400 rpm and almost stall out and have had it stall a time or two. At the same time from idle to about 2000 rpm it has no power. You put the pedal to the floor and it will creep up till you get to about 2000 then suddenly it takes off like nobody's business. It does it mostly when you first start it after its been sitting for a few hours and usually lasts till it warms up but has also continued even after getting to temp. It also doesn't happen every time but at least a few times a week. I'm not sure if it's fuel, vacuum leak, coolant sensor. Any ideas on where to start looking would be appreciated. I'll probably start with a fuel injector cleaner in case the injectors are sticking.

What year? Is the intake tube from the air filter to the intake cracked?

Torn intake tube?
It would help if you would state the year of the vehicle and any recent maintenance done.
Was this good one day and faulty the next or was it a slowly progressing problem?

It's a 93 no noticeable cracks when I inspected it before but I haven't fully taken it off. It's been going on since I bought it in December. Just regular maintenance done but no change.
