To circle back around and close this out, after cleaning up the battery terminals as a short-term solution, I had zero issues over the past 6 months.
For the long-term solution, I just installed the new billet terminals from Slee (SLEE - Billet Battery Terminals - Set - Slee Off Road - https://sleeoffroad.com/products/sok20002/), so I should be good to go:
