Here's something interesting to ponder about.
There have been questions regarding "Cruiser Lean". There have been many theories why the majority of them lean towards the driver's side (mine does about 3/4 inch).
I was thinking, how about the RHD Land Cruisers? Do they also lean towards the driver's side; right side lean as opposed to left side lean for LHD??? :hhmm:

If we are talking specifically about OME springs, then they lean towards the lower spring.

In australia, all our suspension setups, regardless of brand, try and sit the driver's side of the vehicle 10 to 12mm higher. As for why it seems to be more prevelant on the 60'2, I don't really know, but all our TJM products are set high on the d/s.

I am very unhappy with mine. It leans so much to the passengers side that it pulls to the right. I'm always steering into the left to keep it on the road, which has worn out the right side of my passenger tires. ( New BFG AT's) I did the recommended A on the left and B on the right. I don't know if ARB knows what they are talking about.

My BJ42 came from NZ and it sits just fine ,I don't know why but I am glad it does

Nice to hear some input but what I was getting at is that recently there has been at least a couple of threads regarding the driver's side lean and some theories as to why this is. But, I'm presuming, that the people replying about the driver's side, left hand side lean are driving LHD Cruisers.
I was just curious about the Cruisers that are RHD. Do they lean to the right?
That's all.......

There is a factory repair kit for this. I had the dealer install it many years ago.

...

never seen one leaning to the right. Cruiser's are built to lean left so that when the driver (RHD) is sitting in their seat, it evens the rig out. Unfortunately, it only exacerbates the problem in LHD rigs. Remember these rigs were built to be RHD.

Somebody over there in Auz better tell OME, 'cause they tell people to put the higher spring on the left rear.

I know several of us have addressed this issue to DEATH (I know I have). Please call Chris at ARB, Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters, or go back on some of my now long-ago posts where I spent way too much time addressing this issue.
Sorry If that came out rude (Im really tired), but figured I'd toss something out there for reference.

Chris no longer works for ARB. I heard that he is now building "stretch" jeeps. The ARB number is 866-293-9078. There is another tech there who's name I can't recall who also is helpful.

very true.

if you don't want to sift through the threads...

Basically, I ended up putting two "A" Springs on the rear. that fixed my 1.5" lean.
