The new unit moved them underneath the monitor.
And duplicated seat heater/fan buttons?
EC Offroad is now offering a similarly wide screen format (though still a smaller screen). I'm not sure why the EC unit moves the volume and tune knobs up, though. And I honestly don't like the repositioned vents, but no way around it for getting a wider screen. It does appear to be the first one (that I'm aware of) to offer true wireless Android Auto (whereas all the previous units have offered wireless Carplay but only wired AA). Not sure if this one would work for our US model, since ours are the equivalent of the Sahara trim?

It may be, but lots of questions like on any aftermarket unit. Off the top of my head, I'd want factory functions (fast boot, dvd, rear screen, cameras, steering wheel controls, hvac/front wiper defrost, factory mic for calls/good call quality). The new center buttons are blank slots to add anything you want which is cool. If it can support those, I'd get one.
